Do you only supply talent, or can you run the whole event?

Both. We plan, produce and run events end to end: event strategy, planning and logistics, venues and production, permits and compliance, and operations on the day. We can also provide only the talent and staffing if the event is already being produced by someone else.

What does an event management engagement include?

Event strategy and a costed budget, planning and logistics, venue sourcing and contracting, production and staging, permits and compliance, operations on the day, and a written report afterwards covering what was delivered and how it tracked against budget. We also run weddings and private events on the same basis.

Who do we deal with once the event is running?

One account manager throughout, and an ARZO floor manager on site on the day. One contract and one invoice cover the whole engagement, whether it involves production, talent, or both.

Do you work with government and semi-government clients?

Yes. We handle the municipal and venue approvals those events require, and we can provide the documentation requested during procurement.

How far in advance should we get in touch?

The earlier the better, because venue availability and permits are usually what set the timeline rather than anything on our side. Send the brief whenever it exists, even in outline, and we will tell you what is realistic.

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for most events, and 8-12 weeks for large-scale productions or events requiring multiple talent categories.

Do you work outside Qatar?

No. Our work is in Qatar. The agency is built around this market: the venues, the suppliers, the permits and the approvals process. If your event is coming into Doha from abroad, that is a brief we handle regularly.

For single-talent bookings, we can occasionally accommodate requests within 72 hours, subject to availability. We recommend 3–4 weeks for most engagements so we can shortlist properly and brief the talent.
