Website visitors

Clients and event partners

Talent applicants

Talent applicants provide substantially more personal data. Please refer to our Talent Privacy Notice for the full details of what we collect from talent, why, and how it is used.

• Managing talent bookings, event staffing, and service delivery
• Creating proposals and invoices
• Communicating with clients, talent, and partners about active projects

We process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016:

Some of our service providers, including Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (website hosting and analytics), store and process data on infrastructure located outside Qatar. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it and transfer only what is necessary for the stated purpose.
