Your Rights
Under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy, you have the right to:
Access your data
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correct your data
Request that we update or correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Delete your data
Request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations). Note: if you are a talent applicant or roster member, deletion means we can no longer consider you for bookings.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw any consent you have given for us to process your data or contact you. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Object to processing
Object to specific types of processing, such as marketing.
Ask about sharing
Ask which clients or third parties your data has been shared with.
How to Submit a Request
Email your request to:

Doha, Qatar
Please include in your email:
- Your full name and the email address you used when submitting data to ARZO
- The type of request (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, other)
- Any relevant details that help us identify your record
Response Time
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and aim to fulfil it within 30 calendar days. In exceptional cases where a request is complex or involves multiple data sets, we may require up to 60 days and will inform you of the extension.
Identity Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a data access or deletion request. We will never share personal data in response to an unverified request.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request or your personal data, you may:
- Contact our privacy team at privacy@arzo.qa to raise a formal complaint
- Contact the relevant regulatory authority in Qatar (currently under the purview of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, MCIT)
